What are the advantages of fabric inserts?
They are incredibly nice. Conventional inserts are made of artificial materials; Bamboolik pits organic cotton against those! In addition, it has GOTS certification, which is the highest goal for cotton processors; both ecologically and ethically (read more about GOTS certification below). Thanks to the materials used, the fabric inserts are much more breathable than disposable ones. We therefore highly recommend them to those women who suffer from gynecological inflammations and similar inconveniences. They are thin, yet super absorbent. Bamboolik's insoles have a perfectly fitting cut. They are not cut in one piece even with ailerons, like most fabric inserts on the market. The wings are sewn on them and are separated by a edging, which means that nothing flows down them. And the inserts don't move anywhere, they hold exactly where they are.
When to use the daily pad?
The fabric pad is a full-fledged menstrual aid. You may only need something more absorbent for the night, and at the end of your period you might only need a brief. Perfect for the sixth week, in its later part. They are also excellent as a safety device for mild incontinence.
What is GOTS certification?
This is the strictest international biotextile certification. The GOTS certificate guarantees that the production of cotton and the final product is ecologically clean and perfectly fine. GOTS also has detailed requirements for safe and dignified working conditions.
