Advantages of fabric inserts:

When will the panty liner come in handy?
On weaker menstrual days. (For a normal menstrual flow, we recommend a daily pad.) It works as a perfect safety device for the menstrual cup or other "internal" menstrual aids. Or as a safeguard for light / stress incontinence. As a daily care aid, if you use pads to prevent inflammation. In this case, fabric insoles are the best choice - they are breathable, without perfume. Maintenance:
Wash before first use. After use during menstruation, soak in cold water to dissolve the blood pigment. Then wash in a washing machine at 60 ° C. If you use panty liners outside of menstruation, wash them in the same way as you wash your underwear. Do not tumble dry.
