HOW TO SHOP

Shopping at Monkey Mum is simple and intuitive.
Select your preferred items from various categories or subcategories, or enter the name of the item you are looking for directly in the upper search box.

If you have already selected the items, choose the color, size and quantity and add the items to the shopping cart. Your total price (including VAT) will be displayed in the cart.

SHIPPING

At Monkey Mum, we provide a number of different options regarding the shipping service:

• PPL: Shipping packages throughout Europe
• Packeta: Shipping packages up to 15 kg to most European countries with the cash-on-delivery option
• DHL Express: Next-day package delivery

PAYMENT

All purchased products have to be paid in advance.

RETURN POLICY AND FILLING A CLAIM

In the event of returning purchased products, the client is responsible for the shipping costs. In the event of a claim, we cover the shipping costs as well as the cost of replacement products or parts. In any of the previously mentioned cases, please contact us in advance at info@monkeymum.com.
