You can find a lot of information on the internet about what substances can be found in regular tampons, and also that these substances can very easily enter your body through the mucous membranes.

With a menstrual cup, you don't have to worry about any such effects! The cup is made of 100% non-toxic medical grade silicone that meets the strictest standards. Sterilize the cup before each use at the beginning of the cycle to eliminate any health risks. The cup does not dry out the mucous membranes, so it is perfect as a prevention against recurrent inflammation, mycoses and similar inconveniences. Menstrual cups are not associated with toxic shock syndrome.

And isn't that uncomfortable?

Not at all! During normal activities, you don't know about the cup at all, just like you don't know about the tampon. You will soon find that the cup has a number of additional advantages over tampons: many women will find it perfectly sufficient to empty the cup in the morning and evening, i.e. only twice a day (and most likely in the comfort of their own home). You can use the cup without any worries during all sports activities (including swimming), you can trust it even overnight.

Which cup should I choose?

There are two sizes of cups and two degrees of hardness. In total, you can choose between 4 types of cups.

Bigger or smaller?

The smaller cup is suitable for young women and girls who have not yet given birth, with normal to light menstruation. It has a diameter of 4 cm (at the widest part).

The larger cup is then suitable for all women after childbirth (even if the birth was a caesarean section). Its diameter at the widest part is 4,5 cm.

Hard or soft?

The soft cup suits more sensitive women, it is easier to fold it correctly before insertion.

The firmer cup, on the other hand, will unfold faster and adhere to its destination. It is also suitable for athletic women who have very firm pelvic floor muscles.

You're not a cupbearer?
Then we can offer you another alternative for eco-menstruation: cloth menstrual pads. Daily or slip.

The cup comes hygienically packed in a transparent sealed bag with a seal to ensure maximum hygiene during transport. But you still need to boil the cup before using it for the first time! When maintaining the cup, always follow the instructions for use that come with the cup.
