You can find a lot of information on the Internet about what substances can be found in common tampons and also about the fact that these substances can very easily penetrate through the mucosa into your body.

With a menstrual cup, you don't have to worry about any such effects! The cup is made of 100% non-hazardous medical silicone, which meets the strictest standards. Before each use, sterilize the cup at the beginning of the cycle, thus eliminating any health risks. The cup does not dry out the mucous membranes, so it is perfect as a prevention against recurrent inflammation, mycoses and similar discomfort. Menstrual cups are not associated with toxic shock syndrome.

At all! During normal activities, you don't know about the cup at all, just as you don't know about the tampon. You will soon find out that the cup has a number of other advantages over tampons: It will be enough for many women to empty the cup in the morning and evening, ie only twice a day (in addition, most likely in the comfort of home). You can use the cup without any worries during all sports activities (including swimming), you can trust it even overnight.

Which cup should I choose?

We distinguish two sizes for cups and at the same time two degrees of hardness. In total, you can choose between 4 types of cups.

Bigger or smaller?

The smaller cup is suitable for young women and girls who have not yet given birth, with normal to weaker menstruation. It has a diameter of 4 cm (in the widest part).

The larger cup is then suitable for all women after childbirth (even if the birth eventually ended with a caesarean section). Its diameter in the widest part is 4.5 cm.

Hard or soft?

The soft cup suits more sensitive women, it is easier to fold it correctly before insertion.

The stronger cup, on the other hand, develops faster and adheres to the destination. It is also suitable for sports-oriented women who have very strong pelvic floor muscles.

Then we can offer you another alternative for eco-menstruation: fabric menstrual pads. Daily or brief.

We deliver the cup hygienically packed in a transparent sealed bag with a seal to ensure maximum hygiene during transport. Before the first use, however, the cup must still be boiled! When maintaining the cup, always follow the instructions for use that come with the cup.
