They have a beneficial effect on the skin, do not dry it out, wash it very gently and at the same time preserve the natural protective skin and mucous membrane.

You can add essential oils of your choice (pine, lavender, orange...) to neutral oils to create your own original bath or fragrant shower. Dosage per 1 tablespoon, approx. 20 ml (one bath dose) of neutral oil (maximum):
Children under 6 months and pregnant women in the first trimester: do not use essential oils
Children from 6 to 10 months: 1 drop
Children from 10 months to 2 years and pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester: 2 drops
Children from 2 to 4 years: 3 drops
Children from 4 to 7 years: 4 drops
Children from 7 years: 5 drops
Adults: 8 drops
Follow the advice of your aromatherapist, only certain essential oils can be used in the bath or shower.
