Suitable for children in a sling or a pram, for crawling and occasional walking

With the cut of a real shoe, they stay perfectly on the feet even when walking so that occasional trotting when out of the carrier or pram is no issue
The barefoot cut mimics the shape of the foot and the booties are longer at the big toe than at the little toe
Wide in the toe area - they allow the toes to move freely, which helps to keep them warm
Suitable even for high instep, they can be tightened in the instep area
With outward seams and no pressure in the shoe - the seams are covered with an additional softshell strip for maximum water resistance
And why the ridged hem all the way around the foot? This pattern was developed in collaboration with our own children who simply hate having "anything in the shoes", including seams. Seams tend to be an issue with fabric shoes. Softshell, however, is a rather stiff material and tests have proven that any inner seam would make the shoe unnecessarily small and less comfortable. Therefore, the seam is outward and covered by a softshell strip to eliminate the risk of leaking as much as possible when walking in wet environment.
