These wooden pictures are intended for static display, but they have moving parts. The puzzle offers 3 views of the world's first commercial airship, a side view, a magnified view of the cabin, and a front view, and has several moving parts including propellers, rudder and stabilisers. The Zeppelin airship is set in its own frame, making it suitable for hanging on the wall, and comes with a stand that allows you to display your work on a table or shelf. No tools or glue are needed to assemble the model. Simply push out the precise, laser-cut pieces from the wooden boards, snap them together and the model is ready. This kit is also suitable for beginners, assembly takes approximately 30 minutes and the package includes everything you need for assembly including wax, sandpaper and a picture guide. The model is made of art-quality wood and can be left in an attractive natural look or painted or stained according to your wishes (paints are not included).

The first airships had long cylindrical bodies, where fabric was stretched over a solid metal frame. Internal gas bags provided buoyancy, and engines with reverse thrust, propellers and a complex system of ribs guaranteed propulsion, manoeuvrability and stability. In 1929, the Graf Zeppelin airship circumnavigated the globe in 21 days. In addition to passenger air transport, Zeppelins were used as bombers in World War I and for scientific research in peacetime. The Hindenburg disaster on 6 May 1937 marked the end of the era of passenger airships.
