Rope for hanging or extending suspension - price per 1 m, Rope color white

We always send the rope in one piece in the specified number of ordered meters.

PURPOSE
The rope is used for hanging a cradle/swing/hanging chair onto an anchoring element (screw in the ceiling, door frame, stairs, beam, branch, etc.) Always choose an anchoring element that can safely bear the resulting load.

If using a screw/eye/hook in the ceiling that is up to 3 m high, we recommend the following rope length for individual products:

• 2 m - Baby, Maxi, Maximus cradle
• 3 m - Baby cradle used without a spring
• 4 m - Junior

If you want to use stairs/beam/branch to hang the bag, increase the number of meters by the circumference of the anchoring element. If you order a separate rope to extend the suspension together with the BABY, JUNIOR, or MAXI/MUS Ceiling Package, the rope in the package will be extended by the required meters and delivered in one piece.

NOTICE

• Tie the rope to extend the suspension so that it does not rub at the attachment point. This can be achieved by using a fox tail knot and a guide knot or a guide loop - see photo in the gallery. Always test the strength of the knot with your own weight!
• When swinging, there must be no friction of metal against metal (e.g. carabiner against a screw eye in the ceiling). This can create micro-sawdust, which contaminates the product. In such a case, always use the rope as an intermediate link.
• Regularly check that the rope is not chafing and thus mechanical damage is not occurring, which significantly reduces the load capacity of the rope. In such a case, replace the rope with a new one immediately!
