The set of sensory panels in the shape of feet and circles finds wide application in schools, doctor's offices and home environments, especially in the education and upbringing of preschool children, children with visual impairments, or in therapy. The panels are designed and manufactured with an emphasis on everyday use, are robust and durable and are a great therapeutic aid for children from 2 years of age. The panels are equipped with different surfaces, are hard, soft, cold, warm, fine or rough to the touch, which stimulates and develops the sense of touch. Exploring the similarities and differences of surfaces, colours and textures also trains eyesight and improves perception. Gentle stimulation of the panels calms emotions, reduces stress and muscle tension. Walking along a path made of sensory footprints develops a sense of balance, gross motor skills and coordination, which positively affects orientation in space and the overall development of the child. The panels can also be used when working with hyperactive children or children who have problems with self-regulation.
