Microwaveable cutlery bowl: Dishwasher safe and microwave safe. UTENSILS: Dishwasher safe, but NOT microwave safe. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The microwave should be used to heat food (not to cook). Place the bowl in the microwave and heat at the correct time and power for the food in the bowl. If the bowl has a lid, never close it completely during heating.
