Lansinoh Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Packs provide relief from pain associated with various breastfeeding problems. Can be used as a warm or cold compress, alone or with a breast pump.

The flexible and reusable gel breast pack features a soft fabric cover that can be comfortably inserted inside the bra to provide pain relief.

A warm compress helps relieve problems with milk flow and mastitis. It can be used before breastfeeding if the breasts are enlarged due to engorgement, or before pumping to help release milk ducts and initiate milk flow. Simply heat the pack according to the instructions on the packaging (max. 16 seconds in the microwave).
A cold compress provides relief from pain during swelling or painful breast engorgement. The compress can be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer.

When combined with a breast pump, it releases milk ducts, speeding up and facilitating milk flow. When used in combination with a breast pump, attach the compress around the breast shield and secure it with the clip.
This unique design of the Lansinoh hot and cold breast compress is designed to anatomically adapt to the shape of the breast, providing 360° pain relief. The product is non-toxic, hygienic, odourless and aesthetically pleasing!

According to medical recommendations, the gel breast compress should be used for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Once applied, it can be cleaned with mild soap, detergent or alcohol.
