The comfortable, easy-to-wash bra pads are simply placed in a wash bag and machine washable at 40 degrees.

Easy to use: insert the insert into your bra or nursing top with the Lansinoh heart facing outwards. Once the liner is wet, replace it and wash it in the washing machine after each use. For a better result, put the liner in a laundry bag.

Machine wash at 40 degrees. Do not use fabric softeners or bleaches. Dry horizontally. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
