LANSINOH Postpartum warm and cool pad

The reusable Lansinoh hot and cold postpartum pad helps provide soothing comfort and effective pain relief after childbirth.

A thin postpartum pad made with innovative ColorSmart™ technology offers maximum comfort.

You can use it as:

COLD compress: relief from perineal pain after vaginal birth, C-section wounds, and hemorrhoids.

WARM compress: relief from discomfort caused by postpartum uterine cramps.

Contains 1 reusable pad and 12 non-woven disposable sleeves.

Safe to use after childbirth and during breastfeeding.
Pad dimensions: 11.3 x 7 x 7 cm

Instructions for use:
Cold compress: Freeze the pad for 4 hours before use.

Warm compress: Place the pad in the microwave for the time specified in the instructions for use. Gently massage the pad to distribute heat evenly and always test the compress before use.

Increase time in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, immerse the pad in hot, not boiling, water for 1-2 minutes.

Apply the warm and cold postpartum pad for 20 minutes or as recommended by your doctor.

WARNING: Always test the compress before starting. Prolonged application may cause irritation, including burns. Do not use on infants. It is possible that you have poor blood circulation. You can heat the compress on stitches or this wound. When using the compress, do not forget. Keep out of reach of rain. In case of early prolonged or chronic pain, contact a doctor, only as directed.
Heating beyond the recommended time may damage or destroy the packaging. Do not puncture the packaging and/or swallow its contents. For external use only. Disposable covers for the microwave are not sufficient.
