The popular Lansinoh disposable bra pads are now updated with a special Blue Lock™ core. The Blue Lock™ core ensures that the milk inside the liner is sealed and absorbed faster. This allows them to hold up to 20 times their own weight while still maintaining their shape!

The pad's soft and ever-dry lining draws milk away from the skin to the core. There it is absorbed by a special polymer to avoid milk leakage into the bra. Two adhesive strips keep the insert in place and the exceptional shape of the insert ensures that it will not be visible under clothing. It will keep you feeling dry for longer. Each insert is hygienically packaged so you can safely put it in your handbag or changing bag. The Blue Lock™ core ensures that the liner can support up to 20 times its own weight.
