What is TOG?
TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is a unit of measurement for the insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding. The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the substance; the higher the rating, the more padded and isolated the substance.

The award-winning sleeping bag converts from a sleeping bag to a sleep suit (overall) using the 4-way zips. The outer material made from 400 thread count organic cotton has a silky smooth feel and is made from easy-care woven cotton that feels like the flat sheet on your own bed. The stretchy side and shoulder panels are made from organic jersey cotton and are ergonomically designed to allow your baby to move freely and prevent them from getting tangled during sleep.

In Sleep Suit mode (with legs), it's the perfect sleep solution for little movers who like more freedom in their sleep, and for toddlers transitioning from cot to bed. In overall mode, the product can also be used with 5-point safety harnesses, for example in a pram for daytime naps on walks. In sleepsuit mode, the product provides comfort by not restricting legs during sleep and reduces the risk of injury when climbing into the cot. The grip pads on the feet will keep your little one stable if they go to the bathroom (or your room) overnight. The four-way zips ensure easy use during night-time toilet training. In bag or suit mode, the product is suitable for growing hips.

The 0.2 TOG Sleep Suit Bag is ideal for keeping a child warm overnight in rooms with a temperature of 24°C +. The TOG value means that no additional blankets are needed in the crib when using this product, making it a safe sleeping option. Parents can rest assured that the breathable, GOTS-certified organic cotton will help your baby maintain an even temperature during sleep and prevent overheating. The elastic organic jersey sleeves are made of soft material and have a TOG rating of 1.0 to provide extra warmth on cool nights. The sleeves feature fold-over cuffs and mittens to keep fingers and hands warm. How to use:
In "sleep bag" mode:

Use as a regular sleeping bag. Due to the zip configuration, we recommend only opening the top zips to dress the child.
First, place the child's legs into the bag in an upright or lying position. Pull it over their shoulders and insert their arms last. Fasten the zip.
To change a nappy or use the toilet, undo the bottom 3/4 zips. Detach the legs and lower torso as needed. When finished, put the legs back into the pocket and fasten the zip.

To transition/use as a sleep suit:

Unzip the zips at the bottom of the bag.
Connect the left front zip with the left back zip and zip up to the crotch. Repeat on the right side and voila, you have two "legs".
Dress the child in the suit by unzipping only the top zip. Due to the zip configuration, we recommend that you put the child's legs in first in an upright position and only then the arms.
To change a nappy or use the toilet, unzip the zips on the lower trousers to 3/4 length. Detach the legs and lower torso as needed. Once finished, put the legs back into the sleep suit and zip up.

Care:
Gentle washing in a cold washing machine with mild detergent. Do not wash or bleach. Tumble dry on low. Iron on slightly hot. Can be dry cleaned (P).
