The owners made everything by hand, with love, in a small garden house and sold their products at the market. Satisfied customers motivated the manufacturer to come up with many more ideas and expand the range with other wooden toys. Mail order and catalogue sales were added. The brand's satisfaction and fame grew, leading to wholesale sales and a shift and expansion of production to the east to maintain production prices. New brands of high-quality and imaginative toys were noticed in England by other large sales companies. Today Bigjigs Toys remain family-owned with huge warehouses in the South East of England. The company continues to supply its toys to a broad customer base in the UK and Western Europe supported by a loyal, dedicated and hard-working team of employees. All Bigjigs Toys wooden toys are designed in England and manufactured both there and in Eastern Europe and South East Asia.
