Who among you can think quickly under time pressure? In this game, all players are looking for the answer to the same question. Each of them has only a few moments to find the correct answer and pass the hot potato to the next player. As long as the spinner spins (or the timer in the mobile app is running), you must keep answering. Get rid of the potato before time runs out and you get burned! Respond quickly, throw accurately, catch carefully, and don't fall off the edge of the grill on the game board yourself.

How to play:

In this game, players take turns drawing simple, concise questions from a deck of cards on the table. Other players have only a few seconds after it's read to think of an answer and pass the hot potato to the next opponent. Over 650 inquisitive questions await you. Before reading the question, spin the top, which measures the time for the answer. As long as it spins, everyone must answer the same question. But be careful! Answers must not be repeated and must make sense. As soon as the top stops, the player holding the potato moves one space forward on their journey across the hot grill. Whoever reaches the last space burns up and is out of the game. The winner is the last "survivor".

This game is full of funny slips of the tongue, nonsensical remarks, and wild ideas. It's great fun regardless of age! The game is sometimes compared to the similar game Tik-Tak Bum. This is not entirely accurate. Hot Potato is much simpler to understand and, above all, more fun and faster. :-) Note: instead of spinning the top, you can use the timer app on your mobile phone.
