Healthy Toothpaste substitute

Conventional toothpastes contain more than 50% water and many chemicals that are needed not only to ensure the stability and preservation of the toothpaste.

DENTTABS® natural tablets are free of animal ingredients, gluten, preservatives, sulfates, parabens, bleaches, artificial colors and flavors, petroleum ingredients, glycols, PEGS, PPG, MEA, DEA, TEA, phthalates and other harmful substances.

DENTTABS® tablets prevent the formation of plaque, tartar, stains and tooth decay.

In addition, DENTTABS® fluoride tablets protect tooth enamel from damage and thus provide maximum protection for your teeth.

Commonly, people try to remove plaque by aggressive brushing combined with a medium to hard toothbrush and whitening toothpaste.

After the first use of DENTTABS® tablets in combination with a soft toothbrush, you will already feel that your teeth are much smoother than after using regular toothpaste.

DENTTABS® tablets contain cellulose, which gently and effectively cleans and polishes your teeth. After a few days of using it, you can even see that your teeth will be whiter, completely without the use of bleach.

DENTTABS® tablets have a low abrasivity value (RDA < 30). Conventional whitening toothpastes have RDA values of 120-150, some even up to 200. More abrasive toothpastes will whiten your teeth beautifully, but on the other hand they will abrade your teeth unpleasantly. Due to the low abrasiveness, DENTTABS® tablets are also suitable for people who have sensitive teeth or exposed necks.

Cleaning and polishing quality test:

Leave the tea or coffee in the mug to allow the tea or coffee grounds to form. Use one DENTTABS® tablet, crush it and add 2 drops of water. Apply with your finger to the tea or coffee grounds and see for yourself how quickly the stains will be gone.



How tu use:

1. Chew the tablet in your mouth and mix it with saliva, do not swallow.
2. After a few seconds, a fine paste will form and you can start brushing your teeth with a wet soft toothbrush
3. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, rinse your mouth and you are done. Use twice a day, morning and evening.

What fluoride is used for and the difference between fluoride in DENTTABS® and toothpastes:

The action of acidic foods on our teeth creates a demineralisation process of the tooth enamel and increases the risk of tooth decay. Applying fluoride to our teeth helps to remineralise the enamel and prevent tooth decay.

When fluoride comes into contact with water, it breaks down into its individual components (ions) and a remineralisation process is created. The longer the fluoride is in the water, the less effective it becomes. Toothpastes contain more than 50% water and the fluoride ions already react with other materials inside the toothpaste. After 4 months in water, the fluoride in the toothpaste is reduced to 80% of its original value. The older the toothpaste, the less effective the fluoride is.

Since DENTTABS® tablets do not contain water, the fluoride value in the tablet is maintained. Fluoride only comes into contact with water in the mouth with saliva. This ensures that the effect of the fluoride is maximised when we start brushing our teeth.

If you use DENTTABS® tablets containing fluoride, there is no need to use fluoride in other products (mouthwash, salt, etc.).

Once the enamel problem is corrected, you can then switch to DENTTABS® tablets without fluoride.

Eco friendly toothpaste substitute

Water saving = DENTTABS® tablets contain no water. Up to 50% of the weight of the toothpaste is water. For example, in Germany alone, 1.5 million litres of water are used per month to produce toothpaste.

Cost savings in storage and transport = as DENTTABS® tablets contain no water, they are 50% more efficient in storage and transport compared to toothpaste.

Recycling and reduction of toothpaste waste = once you use up the DENTTABS® tablets, the packaging can be recycled. On average, a tube of toothpaste will contain approximately 11g of residual toothpaste that is left unused and discarded in the municipal waste stream. In Germany alone, for example, more than 440 tonnes of residual toothpaste are disposed of in this way every month.
